Intro Lesson: Preparation & Warm-Up

We start with a gentle warm-up standing and seated: bends, shoulder circles, and breath activation. You’ll learn to align your body axis, engage your center, and stay mindful in movement.

Workout 1: Legs, Pelvis & Posture

Working in the “Mermaid” position: activating pelvic and hip muscles, pelvic lifts, extensions, and side bends. These exercises improve mobility and strengthen your core support system.

Workout 2: Mobility & Stability

We continue seated: joint mobilization, glute and core activation, side bends, and twists. These moves enhance body control and coordination.

Workout 3: Core & Breathing

On all fours: arm and leg extensions, coordination drills, and lower back control. We train deep muscles and strengthen core stability.

Workout 4: Wave & Pelvic Control

Smooth wave-like motions of the torso, pelvic lifts, and back stretches. We work on spinal fluidity, pelvic strength, and mobility.
