Intro Lesson: Preparation and Warm-up

Joint mobilization, breathing cycles, gentle shoulder rolls, and body shifts smoothly activate the core, improve circulation, and prepare the muscles for training.

Workout 1: Legs + Core

Narrow → medium → wide squats, reverse lunges with knee lifts, followed by “criss-cross,” glute bridge, and plank / side plank: a powerful combo for legs, glutes, and core.

Workout 2: Back and Shoulders

Forward bends with arm raises, “airplane” balance hold, arm flys and presses, then up-down plank and push-ups — strengthening the back, chest, shoulders, and core simultaneously.

Workout 3: Dynamic Legs

Jump squats from narrow to wide stance, pulse lunges in line, and lateral side lunges; finishing with a reverse tabletop bridge for the posterior chain.

Workout 4: Upper Body + Core

Push-ups with knee-to-elbow drive, then bear plank alternating shoulder taps — building core stability while working chest, triceps, and abs.

Workout 5: Leg Strength and Balance
